This page is the official web resource for requesting deletion of a Candela Clinics App account and the personal data associated with that account.

Option 1: Delete your account inside the app

Sign in to the Candela Clinics App, open the Profile page, then choose Delete Your Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2: Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, submit the form below. We may contact you using the account's registered contact details to verify ownership before completing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted?

• Your Candela Clinics App account will be deleted and can no longer be used to sign in.
• Personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required for a legitimate or legal purpose.
• App-specific benefits or content associated only with that account may no longer be available after deletion.
• Information that we are legally required to retain, or that is required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal obligations, may be retained only for the applicable required period and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
